Return & Inspection Policy

Inspection Upon Delivery

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the outer packaging immediately.

If there is any visible damage to the external box:

• The package must be opened in the presence of the courier.
• A full unboxing video must be recorded.
• Clear photos of the packaging and product must be taken.
• The courier must acknowledge and sign for the visible damage.

Failure to complete these steps may result in complications with damage claims.

Notification Requirement

Any issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

• Order number
• Photos
• Full unboxing video (if applicable)
• Description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours from delivery may not be eligible for return or refund.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• The product must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will proceed with:

• Replacement, or
• Refund

Important

We are responsible for shipping arrangements only.
Customs duties, local taxes, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
