All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

ART reserves the right to cancel any order if payment verification fails or fraudulent activity is suspected.

Orders are dispatched from the warehouse closest to the customer’s region.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, logistics delays, or other external factors.

ART is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or courier services.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, GST, VAT, or local import taxes.

ART is responsible for shipping arrangements only.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible.
