📜 Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 2026
Welcome to ART® Cases. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our online store, you agree to be bound by the comprehensive international commercial terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply globally to all international individual and corporate trade orders.
1. General Alignment
By interacting with our platform, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and agree to use our digital boutique solely for legitimate, non-fraudulent purchase activities.
2. Premium Product Information & Variance
We strive to maintain absolute precision in all descriptions, multi-angle imagery, and shell technical specifications. However, due to professional automotive lacquer curing variations, handcrafting nuances, and digital display lighting, minor aesthetic or color profile differences may occasionally occur. Such artistic variations constitute the bespoke nature of our products and are not classified as structural defects.
3. Pricing & Currency Matrix
All pricing benchmarks across our storefront are dynamically pinned and settled in United States Dollars (USD $) unless explicitly specified. ART® reserves the absolute right to correct structural pricing anomalies or adjust premium tier thresholds at any time without prior liability.
4. Order Acceptance & Fraud Prevention
The receipt of an automated electronic order confirmation does not signify our final structural acceptance of your trade. ART® reserves the unilateral right to cancel, cap, or hold any order if payment gateway verification flags potential fraud, currency spoofing, or unauthorized corporate resale activity.
5. Bespoke Shipping & Fulfillment Deadlines
Orders are cleared and securely dispatched based on optimized global logistics routing networks. Buyers acknowledge that because our collections involve meticulous automotive paint curing and rigorous quality control protocols, standard bespoke fulfillment requires a dedicated 3–4 week custom preparation window prior to direct air express courier dispatch.
6. Customs, Local Duties & Destination Taxes
International trade buyers bear sole regulatory and financial responsibility for any destination country import tariffs, local GST, VAT, or regional customs handling fees. ART® acts strictly as the overseas shipping coordinator and cannot influence sovereign border agency clearance timelines.
7. Inspection Mandate & Structural Claims
To safeguard your asset protection, buyers must inspect external packaging upon handover. Any verified transit-related physical damage, structural abnormalities, or order discrepancies must be documented with clear media evidence and reported to our concierge via support@artviolincases.com within 7 days of verified delivery tracker handover.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Satisfaction Guarantees
All approved returns or change-of-mind color exchanges are subject strictly to the active Returns & Inspection Policy. Eligible items must be filed within 14 days of receipt, remain entirely pristine and unmounted, and be returned securely inside the exact factory-stamped box.
9. Limitation of Liability
ART® and its managing corporate group (JML Group) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, accidental instrument wear, or consequential damage claims arising from the commercial use or severe mishandling of our cases. Total corporate financial liability remains firmly capped at the exact USD transaction purchase price of the product.
10. Governing Law & Corporate Overview
These global commercial terms, platform operations, and trade disputes are fundamentally governed by international commercial arbitration standards and the corporate jurisdiction under which our managing parent network operates.
